We use cookies on our website. These are small text files stored on your computer or other devices like smartphones or tablets. Cookies store certain information (e.g., your preferred language or page settings), which can be sent back to us by your browser on your next visit to the website.
Cookies help us design our website to meet user needs and to optimize it. We also analyze how you use our website to improve it and better match your interests.
3.2 What Cookies Do We Use?
We use so-called technical cookies—essential cookies, without which the functionality of our website would be limited—and optional cookies for website analysis and marketing purposes.
Session cookies, for example, show us if you have already visited certain pages of our website. These cookies are automatically deleted when you leave the website.
We also use temporary cookies that are temporarily stored on your computer or other devices. These cookies show us what data you entered during a previous visit and what settings you selected, so you don’t need to do it again.

We base the processing of personal data through Usercentrics on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, which allows the processing of personal data within the “legitimate interest” of the controller, provided that your fundamental rights, freedoms, or interests do not override. Our legitimate interest is analyzing the usage of our website.
The data provided and used is anonymized as quickly as possible. However, the data may also be stored outside Germany or the European Union.
You can prevent the transmission of such data by adjusting your browser settings or through apps and operating systems. However, this may cause issues with the display, operation, or functionality of the services or content provided.
4. External Services and Content on Our Website
We integrate external services or content on our website. When you use such services or view content from third parties, communication data is exchanged between you and the respective provider.
Additionally, the provider may process your personal data for their own purposes. We configure third-party services to prevent communication for purposes other than displaying the content or services on our website unless you actively choose to use the service. However, we cannot influence how third parties collect and process data.
5. Access to Your Data by and Transfer to Third Parties
The staff of Fisco Factoring and its subsidiaries have access to your data.
We also use third parties to process data on our behalf (data processors). In these cases, their contractual relationships with us are subject to data protection laws.
